I have been favoring the Oriflame The One Long Wear Nail Polish in Cappuccino - 30534 since the last few weeks, a shade perfect for work as well as parties alike!    The Oriflame The One Long Wear Nail Polish comes packaged as a see through, transparent cylindrical glass bottle with a grey colored plastic screw cap. The packaging is simple, sturdy and travel friendly. It is provided with a soft, pliable applicator brush which is flat from side to side and is rounded at its end, which makes application of the enamel more controlled, easy and mistake free. The container bottle is stuck with a transparent sticker printed with the name of the product on its front side, while a grey sticker on its back side is printed with the brand name, the specific color code and name, net volume provided, month of manufacturing and expiry, some caution signs and manufacturing details.
   The shade Cappuccino 30534 is a nude, light brownish pink shade with grey undertones in it.
   The nail enamel formula has the perfect fluid consistency, ans isn't clumpy nor too runny. It dries quickly on application, and gives colored opaque nails with two coats of the nail enamel. It does not settle into streaks or lines and gives a smooth and shiny finish to the nails. A double coat of the enamel, without a top coat stays on my nails easily for 3 - 4 days after which it starts showing signs of tip wear. The formula is easy to get rid of with use of nail enamel removers and does not leave behind any residual stain on the nails after doing so. Also, these enamels are available in a variety of shades, each more beautiful than the other!
   These Oriflame The One Long Wear Nail Polishes are easily available across the country, through Oriflame consultants as well as online shopping sites, their only pitfall being their high price.

Product Review - Oriflame The One Wonder Liner

   The beautiful ladies at Oriflame had sent me the Oriflame The One Wonder Liner as a Women's Day gift a few months ago. Reviewing the same here today. Do give the article a read to find our how it fared with me.

   Product Claims: Get the lines you want with the flick of a wrist. 
- Slanted tip for perfectly bold or delicate lines.
- Quick and easy to apply.
- Intense black lasts all day.
- Quick drying.
- Smudge proof.
- Suitable for contact lens wearers.

   Price: Rs. 499/-
   Volume: 2.5 ml.
   Shelf Life: Not clearly mentioned. No mention of manufacturing date, though that of expiry is printed on the bottom of the bottle.
   Directions:
- Draw a thin line following the upper lash line. Angle the wing towards the end of your eyebrow.
- Draw another line above the lash line to the wing's end.
- Fill it in using the thick edge of your applicator tip.
   Ingredients: Aqua, Alcohol Denat., Acrylates Copolymer, Glycerin, Disodium Cetyl Phenyl Ether Disulfonate, Panthenol, Xanthan Gum, Methylparaben, Propylparaben, Denatonium Benzoate, CI 77499, CI 77266 (Nano).

   The Oriflame The One Wonder Liner comes in form of a conical bluish-purple container provided with a twistable cap. Its broader base acts as the reservoir for the liner and the pointed end contains the applicator brush. The base is printed in a brassy ink with the name of the brand and product, net content, manufacturing details and the expiry date. It comes with a sticker stuck on its cap on which additional customer service and manufacturing details are printed. The packaging of the Wonder Liner is compact, simple, sturdy and travel friendly. The applicator brush is made of felt and is quite sturdy and thick having a slanting pointed end.

   The Oriflame The One Wonder Liner is liquid in consistency, has a strong chemical smell, does not contain any gritty particles in its formulation and can be swiped across the eyelids to give a smooth matte finish. It gives a jet black coloration in a single swipe and is quick to dry. Application with the brush provided is a bit difficult especially when the eyeliner has to be applied in a thin delicate line despite the slanted tip provided. The formulation is water resistant and smudge as well as transfer proof. Once dry, it stays in place for long hours but becomes a bit prone to transferring onto opposing surfaces / smudging when touched once the eyelids become oily. It can be easily removed by using a good cleansing face wash as well as makeup removers. It does not irritate the eyes. On the downside, it contains parabens.
   The Oriflame The One Wonder Liner can be purchased by contacting an Oriflame consultant as well via online shopping portals. Though a bit on the pricier side, frequent discounts and offers by Oriflame and online retail sites makes this a budget friendly option to flatter the eyes!

   Verdict: 4/5. Despite the difficulty encountered while application, the jet black pigmentation and long staying power of the Oriflame The One Wonder Liner make it definitely worth a try.

Product Review - Oriflame Pure Skin Scrub Face Wash

   Skincare is the basis of a healthy and radiant complexion, something that all of us desire. We often end up trying loads of products, to find the ones which would fit perfectly into our daily skincare regimen to help us achieve the same. The search for my ideal skincare products recently brought me knocking on doors of Oriflame, a Sweden based company with almost 50 years of experience in field of manufacturing and selling personal care, accessories and nutritional products. Have been using the Oriflame Pure Skin Scrub Face Wash since a long time and reviewing the same here today.

   Product Claims: A deep-acting, exfoliating cleanser which targets spots and blackheads by penetrating pores with powerful anti-bacterial ingredients. Continues to work long after you’ve washed your face. Use daily.

   Directions: Massage over wet face, and rinse. Avoid direct contact with eyes.

   The Oriflame Pure Skin Scrub Face Wash comes packaged in form of a tall translucent see-through container with a bluish tinge and is provided with a pump dispenser. It has the name of the product, its actions and volume provided mentioned on its front side while its product claims, directions for use, ingredients and manufacturing details are printed on the back. The packaging of the product is sturdy, simple, attractive and travel friendly with the pump dispenser having a lock mechanism which prevents leakage of the product while in transit.
   The Oriflame Pure Skin Scrub Face Wash consists of a semi solid light bluish solution with dark blue exfoliating micro beads interspersed in it. The face wash is mildly scented and only a small amount of it is required to cleanse the face. It produces sufficient amount of lather when mixed with water to cleanse the skin and get rid of dirt, oil and makeup while providing it with a cooling sensation at the same time. The face wash takes a bit extra time rinse off properly due to its creaminess, but despite that leaves patches of my combination type skin dry, especially around my mouth. Its exfoliating microbeads scrubs away the dead skin cells and are gentle on the skin. It provides skin with a fresh feeling, giving instant radiance and glowing complexion. The face wash helps to keep the face oil free for couple of hours, making it ideal for people with oily skin. Also, daily use helps to reduce the eruption of acne. On the downside, it contains many harmful substances like parabens and sulphates.
   The Oriflame Pure Skin Scrub Face Wash can be purchased easily through any Oriflame consultant and also via online retail sites though it would be more prudent to do so during periods of sales and offers as it is priced at the higher side of the spectrum.

- Takes a little extra time to rinse as it forms a creamy layer on the skin.

   Verdict: 4/5. Though a bit on the pricier side, this face wash's thorough cleansing property and preventive action against oil build up is bound to make people with oily skin its loyal customers.
