   Electronics are something that we, the generation of today, cannot imagine our lives without. And considering how they make our lives easier and entertain us, why wouldn’t that be?    The prerequisites for signing up an appliance for the Reliance resQ Care Plan are that it should be in a working condition and be brought less than a certain numbers of years ago (Five years for television, Ten years for a refrigerator and air conditioner, and so on) which is ascertained by one of their qualified team members. The state of the appliance, specific type and age of the same is ascertained, the same along with customer's details are jotted down on the resQ invoice form and payment for the same is to be made according to the rate card. The appliances can be signed up for resQ during their warranty period (2 years at a time) or even after it has expired (For 1 year period), and can be both, those bought from a Reliance Digital or any other retail store. Signing up for the resQ Care Plan also entitles users to 5 different vouchers, ranging from a free service to attractive discounts.

   Once the process of aforementioned registration is done, Reliance resQ takes up the responsibility of the appliance with regards to its installation, maintenance or repair, depending upon the need that arises, until the date of lapse of the warranty. One needs to just contact the resQ team for the service needed, and they would take care of the rest - Transportation of the device if needed, diagnosing the problem and repairing it either by tweaking with the appliances or if needed installing new parts sourced right from the manufacturing brand, all that without having to shell out any extra cash! They also provide regular servicing of appliances like air conditioners and provide a standby unit for certain devices like refrigerators until the customer's device is transported back to their homes after repairs.
