Product Review - Blush Cosmetics Replenishing Night Cream

   Dr. Jamuna Pai is a renowned celebrity cosmetic physician, author and educator who is considered to be the pioneer of cosmetology in India. She is the chairperson and founder of Blush Clinics, the  franchise of which is located in Mumbai, New Delhi and in Pune.    Directions of use: Wash face and pat dry. Take enough cream on finger tip and apply generously to all areas of the face including neck. Use gentle upward circular motions to massage the cream into the skin and around the eyes. Do not wash face after application.
   Ingredients:

   The Blush Cosmetics Replenishing Night Cream comes packaged in a cylindrical white tub which is fitted with a black colored sturdy and leak proof screw cap. The name of the product, directions for use, volume provided, manufacturing details as well as the price is printed on the container tub. Since the cream has to be removed by dipping fingers into the container tub, it may cause contamination of the product.
   The night cream has a mild, pleasant scent and has a beige color. It has a dense, creamy, almost butter like consistency. A small quantity is sufficient to cover the facial skin and moisturize it. It blends well and gets absorbed into the skin without leaving a whitish cast. It feels light on the skin and gives it an instant refreshed look. The night cream does not cause my skin to break out nor does it make it oily. It helps in making the skin feel soft and supple and in providing it with a radiant glow.
   The major drawback associated with Blush Cosmetics products is that these are only available at Blush clinics. Also, few people may find the cost of the cream to be on the pricier side.

   Pros:
- Packaged in a sturdy, attractive and travel friendly tub.
- Has a dense, creamy, almost butter like consistency.
- Pleasantly scented.
- A tiny amount is needed for desired effect.
- Moisturizes the skin well.
- Does not feel heavy on the skin.
- Gets absorbed into the skin without leaving a whitish cast.
- Instantly refreshes the skin. 
- Doesn't make my skin oily. 
- Does not cause skin to break out.
- Makes the skin soft and supple.
- Gives the skin a radiant glow with continued usage.

   Cons:
- Dipping fingers into the container to remove the cream can cause hygiene issues.
- Availability is restricted as products can be brought only from Blush clinics.
- Cost is a bit on the higher side.

     Verdict: 4.5/5. This pleasantly scented Blush Cosmetics Replenishing Night Cream which moisturizes the skin and makes it soft and supple is a definite keeper.

   Clean & Clear is a brand which needs no introduction. Their range of face washes are amongst the most commonly used skincare products across the nation. I have seen many of my immediate family members use their products on a daily basis, but somehow never got around to using the same on my skin. So when I was contacted by one of their reps for collaborating for a review, I said why not!

    The Clean & Clear foaming face wash comes packaged in a see through plastic bottle with a purple colored flip cap. The packaging is compact, sturdy, attractive and travel friendly. The bottle has the name of the product printed on its front side, while the product claims, directions of use, ingredients, manufacturing details, price, volume provided, and manufacturing date on its back side.
   The Clean & Clear foaming face wash is manufactured specially with those who have an oily skin type - Its formula is oil free, which prevents clogging of pores.
   The face wash formulation is clear in color, has a pleasant scent and is pretty thin in consistency. A very small amount is required for usage, and addition of water to it provides it with abundant lather. It cleanses the facial skin well, getting rid of oiliness, dirt and makeup in the process. It easily gets washed off, leaving no creamy/sticky residue behind. It gives a feeling of freshness to the skin, giving it a radiant glow after use. Occasionally, it leaves the skin around the corners of my mouth and cheeks feeling stretched, dry and flaky, mandating the use of a moisturizer in conjunction with the face wash. That being said, it does a wonderful job of keeping my skin oil free for hours on end and thus reduces the incidence of occurrence of acne.
   Pricing of the Clean & Clear foaming face wash is right on the money and it is also easily available across the nation.

- Has a mild, pleasant scent.
- A small quantity gives optimal result.
- Lathers abundantly.
- Easy to rinse off.
- Doesn't leave a creamy residue on skin after rinsing.
- Cleanses the face well.
- Gets rid of oiliness, dirt and makeup.
- Refreshes the skin.
- Gives a radiant, even complexion.
- Reduces incidence of acne eruptions.
- Keeps face oil free for hours.
- Price is easy on the pocket.
- Easily available across the nation.

   Cons:
- Thinner in consistency than what I prefer.
- Occasionally makes skin look dry and patchy.

   Verdict: 4.25/5. A very cost effective, must have product for those with oily skin type which rightly delivers what it promises - Clean and clear skin that glows!
